This captures the sense of "many" that I am going for the "Brain Drain" piece. My idea would be to capture the same feeling as it relates to young professionals embarking on a mass exodus out of the state for more fertile employment ground. I was thinking of showing how we can get them to come BACK with a lighthouse beacon lighting their path and the masses all going towards the beacon, with other details to flesh it out.
